Imagine walking into a Michelin-starred restaurant.

The menu is focused and intentional—designed to showcase the chef’s best work.

You don’t see dozens of options, like the Cheesecake Factory.

Just a select few dishes designed to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Your business should operate the same way.

When scaling, simplicity and focus are your best allies.

Instead of offering a buffet of services, choose one signature dish—an original offer that is easy to deliver, highly profitable, and leaves clients raving.

But how do you decide which offer should be your business’s show-stopping dish?

Let’s explore the recipe for choosing your original offer.

The Power of an Original Offer - Your Signature Dish

In the culinary world, chefs perfect one signature dish before expanding their menu. They tweak, refine, and elevate that recipe until it becomes a masterpiece.

Your original offer works the same way—it’s the foundation of your success, the dish that brings people back for more.

Scaling multiple offers at once is like running a restaurant with an ever-changing menu.

It overwhelms your team, confuses your clients, and dilutes your focus. But when you commit to mastering one transformational offer, everything changes.

Your business becomes streamlined, your delivery becomes consistent, and your reputation as the “chef” behind this transformation grows.

The Ingredients of an Original Offer

Choosing your outstanding offer requires thoughtful reflection. Just like a chef chooses ingredients for balance, flavor, and impact, you’ll evaluate your options through five key criteria.

Before sharing these, duplicate this Notion template which contains a database that allows you to rank and sort the various offers that are considering to streamline.

  1. Joy in Delivery

Do I genuinely enjoy the process of creating, selling, and delivering this offer?

    • A chef who loves making their signature dish pours passion into every plate. If your offer excites you, that energy becomes part of the client’s experience.

  2. Perceived Value

Do clients see this offer as unique and worth a premium price?

You may be able to replicate this offer over and over again. But is it highly valued in the marketplace? When you combine a repeatable offer that is valued at $10,000+ you can (you MUST) focus on being extremely selective with clients.

  3. Time to Deliver

How easy is it to deliver this offer with my current tools, team, and processes?

    • Similarly, your offer should fit seamlessly into your existing kitchen (business operations) without unnecessary strain.

  4. Profitability

Does this offer provide a strong return on investment in terms of time, effort, and financial resources?

    • Think of a dish that costs pennies to make but sells for a premium, like pasta with truffles.

    • Your offer should maximize profit while maintaining its value.

  5. Repeatability

Can this offer be delivered consistently to multiple clients without diminishing quality?

When designing Million Dollar Machines, we ask clients to consider if the same offer can be repeated between 50 and 100 times within a year.

This area of the databases asks you to evaluate how many times you can deliver this in a year.

So how do you decide?

While we can’t tell you explicitly where to focus your energy, we CAN give you a simple database that you can use to add all of your original offers so you can make your own decisions.

You can duplicate it here

Once you’ve mapped out these 5 attributes for each of the offers in the database, it’s time to select which one you want to optimize.

There won’t be an exact answer to this, as each person values each attribute a little differently.

Having the ability to sort through the attributes will make it evident on where you’ll want to focus your energy.

Regardless of which you choose, we want to help you take next steps.

How to Multiply Momentum

Just like a restaurant builds its reputation on a signature dish, your business will grow by perfecting one original offer.

Focus, consistency, and a commitment to excellence are the ingredients for scaling successfully.

So, what’s your signature original offer?

When you fill out The Growth Scorecard (over to the right), you will see the option to select your Primary Offer, the revenue you would like to generate and the number of people you would like to work with.

Through scheduling a call with our team, we can explore options on how you can streamline your offer to increase your Million Dollar Machine potential.
